Joyful Movement is a weekly class built on the belief that movement — even the smallest movement — feeds the soul when done intentionally. This is not an intense, hyper-structured fitness class. You don’t need a matching set, expensive socks, or three towels and a prayer to get through it.

This is a come-as-you-are class.

Some days I’ll be in leggings. Some days I might be in jeans depending on how the farm day went. What matters is that we gather together for one hour to move our bodies with joy.

Each class is guided, but never rigid. If a movement doesn’t resonate with you, you’re encouraged to find what feels good in your own body. No two classes will look exactly the same. Music will shift with the mood of the day — sunshine, storm clouds, or maybe a little nostalgic Avril Lavigne if the vibe calls for it.

This is about celebrating the fact that your body can move at all.

Come breathe, stretch, sway, laugh, and reconnect with your body — surrounded by open fields, fresh air, and the quiet encouragement of the coos nearby.

All bodies welcome. No experience necessary. Just bring yourself.
