Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 3, 2026

This policy explains how Lochan Zanda Highlands handles personal information when you visit our website, contact the farm, book an experience, or sign up for updates.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, booking details, and any information you choose to provide when you fill out a form or contact us. When you sign up for marketing texts, we collect your mobile number and keep a record of your consent and any opt-out request.

Our website and its service providers may also collect technical information, such as your browser type, IP address, and pages visited. Cookies and similar technologies may help the site function and show us how visitors use it.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, manage bookings and event registrations, communicate about your visit, and operate and improve our website. If you opt in to marketing texts, we use your mobile number to send updates about farm events, Highland cow experiences, and special offers.

We use service providers such as Squarespace to operate our website and messaging program and Acuity Scheduling to manage bookings. When you follow a link to an outside service, such as an ordering or lodging site, that service’s privacy policy applies to information you provide directly to it.

Text message privacy

We keep mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information confidential. We do not sell or rent this information or share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide the information needed to operate our text program to service providers that deliver messages or manage subscriptions on our behalf.

You can stop receiving marketing texts at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email us at izzie@lochanzandahighlands.com. See our SMS Terms of Service for more information.
